The Facts:
HC Bobby Petrino said that Harrington would remain as the team's starting QB for Monday night's game against the New York Giants at the Georgia Dome. "It's in our best interest and gives us our best chance to succeed to stay with Joey," Petrino said Monday. "He understands our offense. He knows what we want to do, what we want to execute."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Petrino replaced Harrington with Byron Leftwich early in the fourth quarter of Atlanta's 20-13 loss at Tennessee Sunday. "He took a lot of hits and toward the end of the third quarter, I didn't think he was completing passes that he normally completes," Petrino said. "Making the change might provide a spark for us and get us something going. I think it was the right thing to do." Leftwich, signed three weeks ago, has been promoted to the No. 2 quarterback ahead of Chris Redman, Petrino said.
