Bulger, who missed the last two games with two broken ribs, said Monday he plans to return to the lineup this week. "Yeah, I'm playing," Bulger said. HC Scott Linehan confirmed Bulger's assertion. "Our intention is to start him this week," the coach said.

Bulger, who said the same thing after Sunday's loss to the Ravens, pointed out he didn't take himself out of the lineup two weeks ago. Now he believes he owes it to his teammates to get back in there. This after Gus Frerotte threw five interceptions and lost a fumble against Baltimore. The Rams remained winless.
