The Facts:
Gore left today's game against the Giants near the end of the first half with an apparent ankle injury. He returned for the final series of the half and caught a short pass from Trent Dilfer on the first snap and tore off a lengthy run on the final snap.

Gore had limped off under his own power on the previous series and remained on the sideline testing the tender ankle. The ankle was wrapped on the bench before he returned. It appears Gore will continue on -- assuming the joint doesn't tighten up at the half. We'll report back if that's the case.
