Texans Downplay Matt Schaub's Injuries

The Facts:
The Texans downplayed Sunday's injuries to Schaub, who left the game against the Titans after two hard hits. "I'll tell you what: Matt is just beat up," HC Gary Kubiak said. "He's having an MRI. We're concerned about his hip. But just in general, Matt's beat up." Reported by the Houston Chronicle

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Schaub hurt his ankle when he was sacked in the first quarter by cornerback Cortland Finnegan. Schaub returned in the second quarter only to be sidelined permanently by Albert Haynesworth after injuring his hip and lower back. The X-rays on his leg came back negative. MRIs were scheduled for Sunday evening. Schaub said he was unsure how the injuries would impact him this week. He finished the game completing just five of nine passes for 23 yards. "We'll see; I don't know," Schaub said. ... Stay tuned.
