Hackett, Branch Expected Back This Week
(10/29 10:30 PT)

The Facts:
The Seahawks' passing attack survived while D.J. Hackett and Deion Branch battled injuries. But there's no doubt the return of the team's starting receivers, who are both expected to return this week, will put smiles on the faces of HC Mike Holmgren and QB Matt Hasselbeck. "I think it's going to be very important," Holmgren said. "I think they're both good football players, and you need your. ... Best guys. It will be nice to have them back." Reported by the Tacoma News Tribune

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Hackett has not played since suffering a high-ankle sprain in the first half of the season opener. Branch missed the last two games after spraining his foot in the first half against Pittsburgh on Oct. 7. Hasselbeck has fared well enough without them -- he ranks fifth in the NFL in yardage (1,705) and eighth in touchdown passes with 11 (the same number as Peyton Manning); he should pick up the pace with his top weapons back.
