Jackson was just taken off the field on a cart with an apparent head injury after being hit with 31 seconds left in the second quarter. He has been replaced by Brooks Bollinger.

On first-and-10 from the Minnesota 36, Jackson took off running up the middle. Safety Eric Weddle appeared to get Jackson by the foot and flipped him up in the air. As Jackson landed on the turf, linebacker Stephen Cooper came in and hit the quarterback from behind. Jackson appeared to go limp, laying on the field for several minutes as trainers attended to him. Jackson eventually got up and was able to get on the cart before being taken off. ... Stay tuned. More on his condition as further details come to light.
