The Facts:
Johnson was carried off the field on a stretcher in the fourth quarter of today's game against the Bills. It's not clear what his injury is, but Johnson has movement in all of his extremities.

Johnson tried to get up immediately after being sandwiched between a pair of defenders but went back to the ground where he remained for quite some time. He was eventually strapped to a stretcher and carried off. Again, there was visible movement in all four of Johnson's limbs. ... Stay tuned.
