The Facts:
Carr left Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans with an undisclosed injury -- although it appeared to be the back problem that's been an issue the last month. Carr was injured with 3:00 to play in the game after throwing an incomplete pass.

Rookie Matt Moore replaced him. Moore is the fourth quarterback to play for the Panthers this season. Vinny Testaverde was inactive for today's game due to the strained Achilles he suffered last week. ... Stay tuned. More on Carr as further details come to light.
