Green left Sunday's game against the Raiders in the first half, apparently thanks to same knee that's been an ongoing issue for the last month.

Green ran for 28 yards and a touchdown -- and also delivered on a 54-yard catch and run -- before calling it a day. Ron Dayne has received the bulk of the work since, but Adimchinobe Echamandu is starting to get some touches in the second half. ... I'll have more on Green's status going forward in coming days, but owners should prepare for this kind of hit-and-miss output for the foreseeable future.
