The Facts:
The Broncos are expected to be notified whether Henry will have to serve the suspension by either Tuesday or in the days immediately after the Broncos' Nov. 25 game in Chicago. "I don't know if it will be two days later or nine days later," HC Mike Shanahan said. "It all depends on how long they meet and how long it takes them to make a decision."

In other words, there's an outside chance Henry could be available for one more game beyond this week; whether that happens or not -- or whether the torn PCL that's slowed him the last two weeks renders the league timetable moot -- remains to be seen.
