HC Mike Holmgren said in his day-after press conference that Hasselbeck is pretty banged up with sore ribs and that he is not likely to get much practice time this week. He is expected to play, but they are going to rest him up as the Seahawks prepare for the Rams this Sunday.

Holmgren said it will have an affect on his timing with receivers, but he spoke with the QB and said he needs to prepare himself without getting the physical part in. The coach hopes to see him get some throws toward the end of the week to give him a few reps, but he said that will be a day-to-day decision. He said he was in the training room with ice all over him and was pretty sore.
