Although the Bucs said he was expected to return, the 37-year-old quarterback stood on the sideline wearing a baseball cap after rejoining his teammates later in the first quarter. Second-year pro Bruce Gradkowski replaced him, and Tampa Bay led 19-3 at the half. By the time Garcia returned with just over 11 minutes left in the fourth quarter, Washington had trimmed its deficit to 19-13. ... Meanwhile, we'll undoubtedly have more on Garcia in coming days.
