The Facts:
Harrington will start at quarterback for the Falcons Sunday against St. Louis, according to HC Bobby Petrino. Byron Leftwich practiced on Monday after missing Thursday's game against Indianapolis with a bruised tailbone but will not re-assume his starting job.  Reported by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The Falcons have changed QBs four times this season between Harrington and Leftwich. Most recently, Harrington took over for Leftwich two weeks ago in the third quarter against Tampa Bay. He has started all three Falcons victories this season.
