The Facts:
Edinger has adjusted his kicking approach in order to improve his accuracy and consistency. "I was approaching the ball a tad different each time," Edinger said. "It all started with my lineup. I'm still standing the same way, but there's no chance of lining up wrong now. If anything else goes wrong, it's something else than what I thought the problem was."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Edinger's status remains unresolved. He has made only 25 of 43 field-goal attempts in his last 24 games, with seven misses inside 40 yards, and the Bears have brought in undrafted rookie free agents Tyler Jones and Nick Novak to compete with Edinger in camp. There have even been rumors that the team wants to trade the veteran kicker.
