Although he's not scheduled to begin throwing until sometime in June, Pennington seems upbeat about his progress and claims he's enjoying his time in the classroom, learning Mike Heimerdinger's offense. Nonetheless, Pennington will be playing catch-up once he hits the field. A quarterback can learn about Xs and Os in a classroom, but the knowledge has to be applied on the field.
