The Facts:
Romo was able to take part in Tuesday's walkthrough practice in preparation for Saturday's game against Carolina, but he didn't do more than lob the ball because of continued soreness with the thumb on his passing hand. Receiver Terry Glenn went through the walkthrough Tuesday and is to be pushed harder Wednesday. There's a chance he could make his season debut Saturday.

Romo's hand was wrapped with ice and hooked to a stimulation machine after practice. "He said he felt better," HC Wade Phillips said of his QB, adding that the bruising and swelling had gone down. ... We'll have more on Romo as the week progresses, but all indications at this point continue to suggest Romo will start as usual.
