We're told the TV folks have been saying Addai is out due to injuries, but the Colts PR staff has advised it's not true, that his absence was a coach's decision.

Indeed, the TV folks reported that Addai left with shoulder and back issues. He hasn't played since the second quarter, but as previously noted, he didn't appear to be in any distress on the sidelines. ... Given the team's playoff status, it's safe to assume they are taking a cautious approach with their top players at this point.
