The Broncos have declared WR Brandon Stokley, WR Taylor Jacobs, RB Mike Bell and QB Darrell Hackney (3rd QB) in active for tonight's game in San Diego; the Chargers will be without FB Lorenzo Neal, LB Anthony Waters , T Roman Oben, DT Jamal Williams, WR Malcom Floyd and TE Scott Chandler. Charlie Whitehurst will serve as their No. 3 (or emergency) QB.

As noted in the previous item, Javon Walker will start with Stokley out. Daniel Graham (ankle) is active and will split time with Tony Scheffler. ... It's all hands on deck for the Chargers with Philip Rivers (knee) and Michael Turner (shoulder) prepared to handle their usual roles. Also, LB Shawne Merriman is also active, which could make life a little tougher for the Broncos.
