The Facts:
HC Mike Tomlin expressed his view that winning one playoff game at home is not the goal; winning four postseason games is the idea. Toward that end, Tomlin might rest some players he usually would not when the Steelers visit Baltimore for their regular-season finale at 4:15 p.m. Sunday.

"The reality is, we are in the tournament, bidding for the Lombardi [Trophy] like others, and, if we have some injury issues and people are dealing with injuries, then, yes, we will make sure they get healthy," Tomlin said. "If that means resting them then we will definitely consider that." That apparently includes quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, who has a sprained right ankle but likely will be able to play. Backup Charlie Batch, even if he does not start, could play Sunday.
