The Facts:
A day after saying he would not divulge names of people he's considering for the 49ers' vacant offensive coordinator job, HC Mike Nolan divulged names of people he's considering for the vacant offensive coordinator job. On his Thursday morning KNBR radio spot, Nolan said he has three recently fired coaches on his list of prospective coordinators: Cam Cameron, Mike Martz and Brian Billick.

Cameron was fired Thursday as HC of the Dolphins, Martz was fired Wednesday as Detroit's OC and Billick was cut loose Monday as HC of the Baltimore Ravens. ... Nolan was limited in his choices for offensive coordinator in 2007 when Norv Turner left in February to become head coach of the San Diego Chargers. Nolan promoted from within by hiring quarterbacks coach Jim Hostler for the coordinator job. It didn't work out well as no offense scored fewer points last season than the 49ers. ... For the record, former Cowboys HC Chan Gailey is the first to interview for the position.
