The Jaguars have declared RB LaBrandon Toefield and WR Chad Owens inactive for tonight's game in Pittsburgh; the Steelers will be without WR Willie Reed and TE Jon Dekker.

In other words, it's pretty much all hands on deck -- at least on the offensive side of the ball. On defense, the Jaguars will be without injured linebacker Mike Peterson, who remains sidelined by a broken right hand. Peterson also missed last month's game at Pittsburgh, but the Jaguars held the Steelers to 217 total yards and sacked Ben Roethlisberger five times. ... The Steelers will roll without return man Allen Rossum. The Steelers were said to be considering several options earlier this week, including Najeh Davenport on kickoffs and Santonio Holmes or Cedrick Wilson on punts.
