The Titans have declared WR Paul Williams, WR Mike Williams and FB Casey Cramer inactive for today's game against the Chargers; San Diego will be without FB Lorenzo Neal, WR Malcom Floyd and TE Scott Chandler.

Vince Young is scheduled to start today. Young worked out on the field before the game and given the go-ahead by the team’s training staff and coaching staff. His injured right quadriceps is to the point where the team believes he can be effective. ... The Titans, however, will play without four offensive starters after making C Kevin Mawae and G Benji Olson inactive. Earlier in the week WR Roydell Williams and TE Bo Scaife were placed on injured reserve. ... Other than Neal, who wasn't expected to play, it's all hands on deck for San Diego.
