The Facts:
Delhomme will spend the offseason in Charlotte rehabbing from elbow surgery. Still only a couple of months into a rehab process that takes 4-7 months, Delhomme said the elbow feels great and he no longer protects it from daily activity. The sling is long gone and he won't hesitate to carry in groceries or take out the trash. But throwing remains off limits for about another six weeks.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
At some point in late February, he'll begin throwing – probably a Nerf football -- under the watchful eye of trainer Ryan Vermillion. At this point, Delhomme, who underwent elbow surgery in October, is working to build strength (he is currently doing pushups without pain). ... Delhomme is expected to be back by training camp.
