Cowboys coach Wade Phillips said Monday that T.O. would be a game-time decision, but I think the club knows he'll be ready to go. According to Mosely, Owens is undergoing some form of treatment almost every minute of the day. The people Mosley talked to at team headquarters expect Owens to be at about 80 percent for the Giants game.
