According to the NFL Network, Cowboys OC Jason Garrett left Baltimore without becoming the team's new head coach. According to network insider Adam Schefter, the Ravens didn't want to let Garrett get away but he's now en route to Atlanta.

Schefter noted that Atlanta appears to be offering more money than Baltimore at this point. And as ESPN's Ed Werder reported earlier today, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is prepared to counter the offers from Atlanta and Baltimore -- although it's hard to imagine even Jones paying head coaching money to a coordinator. ... Stay tuned. As Schefter pointed out, Garrett's decision will have a ripple effect on all the open head coaching positions.
