The Facts:
Asked about the status of Harrison's knee -- and his future with the team, Colts president Bill Polian told the team's web site: "The knee that bothered him for the 11 weeks this year has healed. He'll take a look at the other knee and see whether or not there might be some indication of a scope, perhaps, to clean it up."

Polian further explained: "[Harrison is] 36-years-old. He has some wear and tear and those are normally things that happen with players in the offseason. ... Surgery is never easy and I hate to use the phrase, 'Cleanup surgery,' because it's only simple surgery if it's not being done on you, but it's not out-of-the-ordinary surgery. Might he have some? I don't know. We'll see as time goes by. He came through the game fine Sunday as far as I know. ..." One might argue the only reason Harrison came through Sunday's game okay was because his action was limited -- due to fatigue. Polian said best: Harrison is 36.
