Refuting an internet report, Indianapolis Colts coach Tony Dungy told ESPN.com on Wednesday that he has not yet made a decision on his future. Profootballtalk.com reported that Dungy has decided to retire and will be replaced by assistant Jim Caldwell. "Believe it or not, I'm going through the process, like I said I would," Dungy told ESPN.com.

On Monday - the day after the Colts' 28-24 loss to the San Diego Chargers - Dungy addressed the media and said he expected to make a decision regarding his future next week. "My wife and I will continue to discuss it and pray about it," Dungy further told ESPN.com. "We should have some type of decision by Saturday or Sunday. The first person outside my family that will know about it is (Colts owner) Jim Irsay, and nobody else will know about it before Jim. ..." Stay tuned.
