Asked if Lynch would factor more into the passing game this coming season after having just 18 receptions last year, newly appointed OC Turk Schonert said: "Anticipate him being in on 3rd-down a lot more ... We held him back and Anthony Thomas did that in the beginning of the season because we didn’t want to throw to much at him. But he’s had a year, he understands the protections now and I think this year he’ll be an integral part of our third down package."

Schonert was promoted to offensive coordinator of the Bills on Wednesday after serving as the team's quarterbacks coach the past two seasons. He wants to revert to a two-back offense that uses a fullback. Last year, the Bills lined up their tight ends in the backfield. ... From a Fantasy persepctive, of course, anything that keeps Lynch on the field is a positive.
