The Facts:
Three days of treatment and rest for his hyperextended left knee had Tomlinson feeling a lot better Wednesday. "I'll be ready to go," he said. "I'll feel just fine by game time, and so I expect to be close to 100 percent."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Tomlinson did not practice yesterday but said he expected to "go as fast as I can" in today's workout. As previously noted, Philip Rivers (knee)and Antonio Gates (toe) were also held out Wednesday. Rivers should play; Gates seems a bit dicier. Decisions on both could come down to Sunday. ... Meanwhile, FB Lorenzo Neal went through a full practice, and coach Norv Turner expects the veteran fullback to play for the first time since breaking his leg Dec. 9.
