More Randy Moss: Alleged Victim Says WR Offered Money
(1/17 2:31 PT)

The Facts:
The attorney for Rachelle Washington, the woman that filed a restraining order against Moss, issued a statement Thursday saying that it was Moss who first contacted Washington offering a "six-figure settlement." Reported by NBCSports.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
While the nature of the incident in which Washington was injured still isn't known -- Moss told the Boston Herald that people would laugh when they heard the full story -- NBC's Tom Curran advised readers it's believed that Moss did not come in direct contact with Washington but that her hand was injured. ... Here is an interesting portion of the statement, issued by Washington's attorney, David McGill: "We have heard Mr. Moss' statement regarding the incident. He has acknowledged that he was at Ms. Washington's Florida residence and that he was 'guilty' of an "accident" which occurred. However, Mr. Moss fails to mention how his reckless and degrading conduct rendered Ms. Washington unable to drive her vehicle to seek medical attention. As the evidence will show, there is serious doubt that Mr. Moss is capable of recalling with clarity the exact details of what transpired that evening. ..." Sounds like McGill is suggesting some kind of impairment kept Moss from handling his business at the time. Stay tuned, there is undoubtedly more to come.
