The Facts:
Tomlinson, wearing a black elastic sleeve on his left leg, was practicing this afternoon as the Chargers prepared for Sunday's AFC Championship Game at New England. Tomlinson, who hyperextended his left knee last weekend, went through individual drills during the portion of practice open to the media.

Not on the field were QB Philip Rivers (knee) and TE Antonio Gates (toe) and NT Jamal Williams (ankle). Rivers said Wednesday he hoped to practice Friday. Gates almost certainly won't practice this week. Both Rivers and Gates appear to be heading for "Dreaded Game-Time Decisions."
