The Facts:
No charges will be filed against Graham, according to his attorney Harvey Steinberg. Graham, 29, was arrested early in the morning of Jan. 11 after his former girlfriend complained he was being argumentative and angry and wouldn't leave her home. She said he hit a bed and damaged it. "This is the problem when police rush to arrest individuals without a complete, thorough and full investigation," Steinberg said. Reported by the Denver Post

Graham was arrested on charges of first-degree trespassing and criminal mischief. The charges were to be filed in court today, but the district attorney's office agreed on Thursday not to file them, Steinberg said.
