Rivers still hasn't been out on the field at Gillette Stadium today, but he definitely will start today's AFC Championship Game.

Rivers did make his way onto to the field to warmup. He threw about 10 passes and then jogged off the field, favoring his right knee but not too obviously. And while he'll start, what no one knows -- or possibly could know at this point -- is how long Rivers' injured knee will hold up. Backup Billy Volek will pick up slack as circumstances dictate. ... Stay tuned. Inactives will be coming in the hour leading up to kickoff.
