The Facts:
Givens recently had another surgery on his left knee, the third procedure since he injured it during the 2006 season. Dr. James Andrews in Birmingham, Ala., performed the surgery, and Givens was back in Nashville on Wednesday rehabbing the knee. Coach Jeff Fisher confirmed the surgery had taken place, but declined further comment.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Givens, who signed a $24 million deal with the Titans before the 2006 season, tore his left ACL, tore his meniscus and broke a bone in the knee that required bone plugs in November of that year. He had a second surgery several months after the initial procedure and has had a difficult time in rehab over the course of the last 14 months. He missed the entire 2007 season. In fact, team officials haven't been optimistic about his chances of playing again. Even before his most recent surgery, Fisher rated the receiver's chances of being ready for offseason workouts at "50-50."
