The Facts:
Jones is seeking a new start and will test free agency as he searches to become a featured back in another city. Jones' agent Ken Kremer, while attending the Senior Bowl workouts, said his client will field some "very strong offers" from teams once free agency begins Feb. 29.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Jones, who will be an unrestricted free agent, started all 16 regular-season games, but came off the bench in favor of Pro Bowl backup Marion Barber in the playoff loss to the New York Giants. Jones will move on after it was made clear the team is headed into next season with Barber as the starter. ... The fact that Jones finished 2007 with a career-low 588 yards and two touchdowns and had a career-low 3.6 yards per carry might keep those offers from being as strong as they might otherwise have been.
