Although he did not disclose a specific date for next season's contest, Goodell did reveal that the Buffalo Bills will annually play in the game at Toronto's Rogers Centre. Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Playing regular-season games in Toronto essentially has become a necessity for the Bills, a small-market team desperate for corporate sponsorship and increased revenues. The Bills already have a strong fan base in Canada, with an estimated 10,000 crossing the border to pack the stands for home games at Ralph Wilson Stadium. "We are very pleased to be the first franchise in NFL history to split our schedule between our domestic home city of Buffalo, New York and our neighboring international city, Toronto, Ontario," Bills owner Ralph Wilson said.
