The Miami Dolphins continued to put together their coaching staff Monday, naming Dan Henning offensive coordinator. Henning brings 28 seasons of the NFL experience to first-year coach Tony Sparano's staff.

Henning, 65, most recently served as offensive coordinator for the Panthers from 2002-20006. Carolina made its only Super Bowl appearance in franchise history in 2003. In Miami, Henning will have to help rebuild a Miami offense which ranked 28th in the league this past season, averaging 287.5 yards.
