No timetable was set for Winslow's return, but the Browns have confirmed that their tight end has begun rehabbing from injuries suffered in a May 1 motorcycle accident. "His right knee remains a concern, but there is no timetable for his return," Browns president John Collins said at a news conference on Wednesday. "He will have a further exam in seven to 10 days."

In other words. ... The length of the rehabilitation process -- and Winslow's status for the 2005 season -- remains unknown as far as the Browns are concerned. Both GM Phil Savage and head coach Romeo Crennel did express disappointment that the accident occurred, but said they were grateful Winslow had survived and returned to team headquarters. ... Again, we haven't heard the last of this one; more as developments warrant.
