According to PFT editor Mike Florio, it's a misdemeanor charge for driving with a revoked, suspended, or canceled driver's license. Probably not enough to get a more established player in much trouble with a team -- but Hall is far from an established player. The Broncos like him, but Hall certainly isn't viewed as an every-down back. We'll have to take a wait-and-see approach to this developing issue.
