Minor, 28, a seven-year pro from Florida State, appeared in 14 games for the Rams last season. Primarily used on special teams, where he was second on the team with 17 tackles last season, Minor also had 17 carries for 68 yards and caught 12 passes for 86 yards. He ended the 2007 season on injured reserve, missing the final two games with an ankle injury.
