Report: Browns, Jamal Lewis Agree To Terms
(2/21 12:55 PT)

The Facts:
The Browns have agreed to terms on a multi-year deal for Lewis, a source at the Combine said Thursday. Agent Mitch Frankel's receptionist said he was on a plane and couldn't be reached. Frankel is believed to be coming to Indianapolis to get the deal signed. Lewis is expected to meet him here soon. The deal will most likely be formally announced this afternoon. Reported by the Cleveland Plain Dealer

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Heading into the offseason, the team's two biggest concerns were re-signing Lewis and quarterback Derek Anderson. One down, one to go. ... After six seasons with the Baltimore Ravens, Lewis, 28, signed a one-year, $3.5 million contract with the Browns. He then helped fuel Cleveland’s playoff run by rushing for 1,304 yards -- the league’s fifth-best mark -- and nine touchdowns in his first season with the Browns.
