The Facts:
Top draft pick Matt Jones will be on the sidelines today when the Jaguars start the next phase of their offseason workout program with a three-day passing camp. Coach Jack Del Rio said Jones, who strained a hamstring on the first day of the mandatory minicamp April 29, aggravated the injury last week and the Jaguars don't want to rush him back in May. Fred Taylor, who underwent arthroscopic knee surgery in January, will also remain sidelined.
