The Facts:
Westbrook has signed his one-year contract tender and will practice this afternoon as part of the team's two week passing camp that opens today. A restricted free agent, Westbrook was offered a one-year tender contract by the team in March, per standard order in the NFL. However, the fourth-year running back did not sign the tender immediately and, thus, missed the Eagles' post-draft mini-camp.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
There has been intense speculation as to whether Westbrook would be in this two-week camp, and many reports indicated he would report, sign his contract tender and participate. The Eagles will now get a better look at their anticipated three-pronged halfback situation with Westbrook, Correll Buckhalter and rookie Ryan Moats.
