Freddie Mitchell, the former first-round draft choice recently released by the Eagles, worked out Tuesday for the Chiefs, who also plan to look at former Rams receiver Az-Zahir Hazim today. The Chiefs are looking for receivers willing to work at a price the cap-strapped team can afford.

All it coast was an airline ticket to get him here." Based on his NFL career to date (Mitchell had 90 catches in four seasons), they might already have overpaid.
