Winslow will have surgery on his injured right knee Tuesday and Browns coach Romeo Crennel said he expects the second-year tight end will miss the entire 2005 season. "Hopefully he'll have a good repair," Crennel said of Winslow's surgery. "I hope we'll get him back at some point, whenever that is."

In case you somehow missed it, Winslow injured the knee in a motorcycle accident May 1 and was hospitalized for nine days. He's been rehabbing and participating in team meetings at team headquarters since. ... Crennel said after the surgery Winslow will be "back to square one. He'll be where he was last year, having to rehab an injury." Winslow broke his leg in the second game of his rookie season and missed the rest of the year.
