The Facts:
James Harris, the Jaguars' vice president of player personnel, said Tuesday the Jaguars have had what he called "conversations" about running back Travis Henry, but didn't make it sound as if they're close to making a serious run at acquiring him. Of Henry, he said, "We've had some conversations. There haven't been any real negotiations. Agents call you all the time about players and you talk. We may call some of them. It happens every day."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
There's been speculation the Jaguars are interested in a running back because of the uncertain condition of running back Fred Taylor, but Harris said the team hasn't had conversations about Shaun Alexander of Seattle despite a report to the contrary on NFL.com. ... Taylor, meanwhile, continues to watch rather than take part in off-season workouts.
