Plaxico Burress failed to appear in court Wednesday on a reckless driving charge, leading authorities to issue a warrant for his arrest. Burress got the ticket for improper passing, at about 12:30a.m. on May 29. Burress signed the summons and promised to appear in traffic court at 9 a.m. Wednesday morning.
