The Facts:
Williams returned to South Florida on Tuesday and has taken up residence in Miami Beach, a league source said. Williams can now reenter the NFL's substance abuse program. Williams is subject to 10 random drug tests, and a failed or skipped drug test would trigger a one-year suspension because he previously failed three drug tests. He will also begin the process of readying his body for the NFL season.
