Every fantasy manager knows that injuries can have a huge impact on a fantasy team's performance.

That makes properly navigating each week's injury report a must. To assist in this effort, this weekly article series will analyze the fantasy football impact of the Friday and Saturday injury reports.

The injured players are noted by player position and then their injury status. Out means the player has been ruled out of this week's contest. Doubtful means the player is very unlikely to start. Questionable indicates the player might start. Start likelihood is increased if a player has participated in practices that week, so practice participation levels are frequently noted in these posts.

Let's look at the Week 10 injury report. The initial edition of this article is generated following the league's Friday injury report. It is then updated on Saturday night with any injury changes that have been posted since the Friday update.

Atlanta at Dallas

Atlanta injuries

The Falcons have no notable injuries.

Dallas injuries

T Tyron Smith: Out
WR Cedrick Wilson: Questionable
Not having Smith in the lineup is a negative for the Cowboys, but fantasy managers have to be thrilled at the idea that no Dallas fantasy prospect outside of Wilson, who isn't on fantasy radar screen with the return of Michael Gallup, is on this list.

Saturday night update: Michael Gallup was activated off the injured reserve list and will likely serve as the Cowboys No. 3 wide receiver.

Buffalo at New York Jets

Buffalo injuries

RB Zack Moss: Questionable
Moss is still in the concussion protocol, but he had a limited practice on Friday and thus is trending towards playing. If he is out, Devin Singletary will have viable volume-based flex value in this matchup.

Saturday night update: Moss cleared the concussion protocol and thus will play in this contest.

New York injuries

RB Tevin Coleman: Questionable
WR Corey Davis: Questionable
Davis and Coleman both practiced in full on Friday and thus will almost certainly play in this contest. Coleman could vulture some workload away from Michael Carter and Ty Johnson, but he has no viable start value. Davis is a viable WR3/flex candidate based on the Jets recent offensive resurgence.

Carolina at Arizona

Carolina injuries

The Panthers have no notable injuries.
Saturday night update: The Panthers activated safety Juston Burris from the injured reserve list. It is a slight upgrade for the Carolina secondary.

Arizona injuries

RB Chase Edmonds: Out
RB Jonathan Ward: Out
G Justin Pugh: Out
S Budda Baker: Questionable
C Max Garcia: Questionable
WR DeAndre Hopkins: Questionable
WR Rondale Moore: Questionable
QB Kyler Murray: Questionable
The Cardinals are one of the most banged up teams in the league on offense right now. Edmonds are Ward are both out, so James Conner will once again be the lead back with Eno Benjamin spelling him as the alternate back. The offensive line has issues with Pugh already being ruled out and Garcia missing Friday's practice, which trends him towards missing this game. Murray, Hopkins, and Moore are all slated to be game time decisions, which is a problem since this is a late Sunday kickoff. Fantasy managers who have viable early kickoff alternate starters for Murray and Hopkins would do well to consider going with those alternates due to the risk factor of waiting for late inactives.

Saturday night update: NFL Network report Ian Rapoport has reported that Kyler Murray is unlikely to play this week. Chase Edmonds was also placed on injured reserve.

Cleveland at New England

Cleveland injuries

DE Takkarist McKinley: Out
RB Nick Chubb: Out
RB Demetric Felton: Out
CB Greedy Williams: Questionable
Chubb and Felton's absences vault D'Ernest Johnson into the middle of the RB2 tier. Cleveland's D/ST has the depth to absorb these injuries, but this may still be a risky matchup given how few big plays the Patriots offense has given up of late.

New England injuries

K Nick Folk: Questionable
RB Damien Harris: Out
WR N'Keal Harry: Questionable
LB Ja'Whaun Bentley: Questionable
LB Dont'a Hightower: Questionable
CB Jalen Mills: Questionable
TE Jonnu Smith: Questionable
RB Rhamondre Stevenson: Questionable
LB Kyle Van Noy: Questionable
Harris and Stevenson are on the wrong side of questionable and likely to miss this game, as they did not practice all week long and are still in the concussion protocol. Brandon Bolden and J.J. Taylor are likely to split the workload in their absence and both weigh in as flex candidates. The defensive injuries are piling up for the Patriots and it could open the door for the Browns offense to get moving despite the COVID-19 issues with Chubb and Felton.

Saturday night update: Harris has now been downgraded to out. New England also activated tackle Trent Brown from injured reserve, which is an upgrade for their offensive line.

Detroit at Pittsburgh

Detroit injuries

K Austin Seibert: Out
RB Jamaal Williams: Out
T Taylor Decker: Questionable
Williams being out means that D'Andre Swift will be a pseudo bell cow for this matchup, although he may share a bit of the workload with Jermar Jefferson and Godwin Igwebuike.

Pittsburgh injuries

WR Chase Claypool: Out
QB Ben Roethlisberger: Out
Claypool was expected to miss this game following his toe injury last week. His departure adds some value to Diontae Johnson and Pat Freiermuth.

Saturday night update: Roethlisberger has now been ruled out for this game after being placed on the COVID-19 list. Johnson and Freiermuth's added value now disappears as Johnson is a flex candidate in PPR and risky start option in non-PPR leagues, while Freiermuth is a touchdown dependent low-end TE1.

Jacksonville at Indianapolis

Jacksonville injuries

RB James Robinson: Questionable
Robinson didn't practice on Wednesday but had limited practices on Thursday and Friday and thus is on track to play but do keep an eye out on the inactives on Sunday to confirm this before slotting him into starting lineups as flex option.

Indianapolis injuries

CB Xavier Rhodes: Out
DT DeForest Buckner: Questionable
Rhodes has been hit or miss in coverage this year, so his absence doesn't add much value to his likely matchup against Laviska Shenault.

Kansas City at Las Vegas

Kansas City injuries

T Lucas Niang: Out
T Mike Remmers: Out
CB L'Jarius Sneed: Questionable
The Chiefs offensive struggles could continue with starting right tackle Remmers and backup right tackle Niang out of this contest. If Sneed misses this game, it adds marginal value to DeSean Jackson, assuming Jackson takes over as the starting flanker this week, but it won't be enough to consider Jackson anything more than a longshot upside option.

Las Vegas injuries

The Raiders have no notable injuries.

Minnesota at Los Angeles Chargers

Minnesota injuries

LB Anthony Barr: Out
DT Michael Pierce: Out
CB Bashaud Breeland: Questionable
The Vikings defense has fallen off of late and these injuries will not help them turn things around against a very difficult matchup.

Saturday night update: Pierce has now been placed on injured reserve.

Los Angeles injuries

CB Ryan Smith: Out
CB Michael Davis: Doubtful
RB Justin Jackson: Doubtful
S Nasir Adderley: Questionable
WR Keenan Allen: Questionable
LB Joey Bosa: Questionable
The Chargers could have limited quality depth in their secondary if Adderley ends up out of this contest. That could help Kirk Cousins, Justin Jefferson, and Adam Thielen all hit their respective fantasy production ceilings in this contest. Allen had two limited practices this week and thus should be able to play. Bosa hit the injury report on Thursday with an ankle ailment and did not practice on Friday, which could also help the Vikings aerial prowess in this matchup.

Saturday night update: NFL Network has reported that Bosa is likely to play this week.

New Orleans at Tennessee

New Orleans injuries

T Terron Armstead: Out
S Chauncey Gardner-Johnson: Out
RB Alvin Kamara: Out
Kamara's bell cow rushing workload finally caught up to him and it leads to Mark Ingram II taking over as the Saints lead back. Ingram's workload offers starter-caliber value, but his lack of big play ability probably makes him best suited as a RB2/flex candidate.

Tennessee injuries

WR Julio Jones: Now on injured reserve
Jones has been a massive disappointment in fantasy football this year and things don't look like they will get better this week, as he landed on the injury report on Thursday with a hamstring ailment and missed Friday's practice. Fantasy managers might do well to just go ahead and find another option rather than hoping that Jones is active and able to fight through this injury.

Saturday night update: Jones has been placed on injured reserve and will not play in this contest. His targets will be divvied up between A.J. Brown and the rest of the Titans wide receivers, but outside of Brown, none of the Tennessee wideouts are start candidates.

Philadelphia at Denver

Philadelphia injuries

T Andre Dillard: Questionable
The Eagles have proven quite adept at running the ball of late, as they are only one of six teams this year to have posted 175+ rushing yards in two straight games. Dillard's absence won't help, but it really doesn't impact the Eagles rushing projections.

Denver injuries

T Garrett Bolles: Out
T Bobby Massie: Out
WR Tim Patrick: Questionable
G Dalton Risner: Questionable
CB Patrick Surtain: Questionable
The Broncos offensive line is falling apart, as in addition to the injuries listed above, they also lost starting guard Graham Glasgow to a broken leg last week. The Eagles rush defense is very suspect this year in Jonathan Gannon's passive schemes but losing four offensive linemen in one week is enough to add a ton of risk to Melvin Gordon, Javonte Williams, Teddy Bridgewater, and all the Denver pass catchers.

Seattle at Green Bay

Seattle injuries

The Seahawks have no notable injuries on the injury report, but fantasy managers should be aware that Chris Carson was not reactivated from injured reserve this week. That means Alex Collins will be Seattle's lead back this week.

Green Bay injuries

T David Bakhtiari: Doubtful
DE: Kingsley Keke: Doubtful
DT Kenny Clark: Questionable
CB Eric Stokes: Questionable
It would have been a plus to have Bakhtiari back in the lineup, but the Packers have played without him all year and shouldn't miss a beat without him for another game.

Saturday night update: As expected, Aaron Rodgers was activated off the COVID-19 list and will be playing in this contest.

Tampa Bay at Washington

Tampa Bay injuries

WR Antonio Brown: Out
TE Rob Gronkowski: Out
CB Dee Delaney: Questionable
WR Chris Godwin: Questionable
LB Jason Pierre-Paul: Questionable
Gronkowski hasn't had a fantasy impact since September and Brown hasn't been in the lineup since Week 6, so fantasy managers haven't been counting on starting them for a while. Their collective absences should keep a ton of passes going to Mike Evans and Chris Godwin and make Tyler Johnson a potential flex option in deeper leagues.

Saturday night update: Greg Auman of The Athletic has reported that Godwin is expected to play this week.

Washington injuries

WR Curtis Samuel: Out
CB Benjamin St-Juste: Out
DE Montez Sweat: Out
WR Dyami Brown: Questionable
T Sam Cosmi: Questionable
The biggest injury news for Washington this week is that Antonio Gibson did not appear on the final injury report, although the difficult rush defense matchup makes him best suited as a flex candidate.

Los Angeles Rams at San Francisco

Los Angeles injuries

C Brian Allen: Questionable
LB Von Miller: Questionable
CB Darious Williams: Questionable
WR Robert Woods: Out
CB Dont'e Deayon: Questionable
Miller progressed from not practicing on Wednesday to a limited practice on Thursday, so the Rams may benefit from his pass rushing prowess in this contest.

Saturday night update: Allen and Miller are both listed as questionable for this contest, as they put in limited practices on Saturday. Woods tore his ACL on Friday and is out for the season. The expectation is that Van Jefferson will move up to the starting role opposite Cooper Kupp and Odell Beckham, Jr. will remain the No. 3 wideout until he gets up to speed with the Rams offensive system. Williams and Deayon are two of the Rams top three cornerbacks and were both added to the injury report on Saturday. If they miss this contest, the upside potential for Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk will increase notably.

San Francisco injuries

RB JaMycal Hasty: Out
S Jimmie Ward: Questionable
TE George Kittle: Not listed on final injury report
CB Emmanuel Moseley: Not listed on final injury report
CB Josh Norman: Questionable
RB Elijah Mitchell: Not listed on final injury report.
Kittle looked to be at full strength last week in catching six passes for 101 yards and a touchdown, so the limited practice is probably just a form of load management. San Francisco's secondary could be in bad shape if all these injuries result in missed starts, but that's not likely to happen.

Saturday night update: Hasty has been ruled out. Norman and Ward are both listed as questionable, but they posted limited practices on Saturday and thus are trending towards playing. Kittle and Mitchell were both not listed on the final injury report and thus will start this week.
