In this Start Em / Sit Em column each week, I'm looking to find some fringe players that you might consider starting each week and comment based on their matchups. Early on, I'll base my selection of candidates on where they were with respect to ADP. I'm not going to try to pad my stats by suggesting your start Josh Allen each week, but instead trying to dig deep and find some nuggets for players to avoid or to go after. These are coin flip guys and if I can finish the year at better than 60% I'll consider it a success. My metrics to get the start decision are: QB 20 pts or more, RB, WR or TE need to score 12 pts or more for a successful endorsement. Defense/Special Teams should put in 8 points or more to get those picks right. I'll look at ~3 players on each Thursday night's game and ~ 6 players for the rest of the week to get you going.

David Montgomery RB CHI ATL START It looks like we're going to see Montgomery back in a full time role with Khalil Herbert hitting IR, fire him up vs ATL.
Devin Singletary RB BUF CLE START Cleveland ranks 31st vs the run and Singletary remains the dominant runner in this backfield.
Brian Robinson RB WAS HOU START Robinson has been a TD dependent RB this year and gets one of the best matchups for the ground game. Look for him to find the end zone this week.
George Kittle TE SF Ari START Kittle has been a bit disappointing this year, but he gets Arizona this week who ranks 31st vs opposing TEs. Look for him to be more involved in week 11
Trey McBride TE ARI SF SIT With Zach Ertz out this week, many will look to McBride to come in and pick up Ertz's role, but it's a trap. SF is tough vs the TE, rookie Tes rarely are reliaable in fantasy and it's possible both Hopkins and Hollywood will be playing this week to go along with Rondale Moore.
Dalton Schultz TE DAL MIN START Minnesota is a plus matchup for the TE look for Schultz to continue to be involved as he's apparently healthy again.
Foster Moreau TE LV DEN START The main place Denver has been vulnerable as a defense has been vs opposing TEs. If you're in need for a spot starter this week, consider Moreau
